The 55,000 square foot premium apartment building features 45 apartments and 2,300 square feet of restaurant space on the ground floor. The floor and roof structure are designed using Hambro joists with a concrete deck; the floor/roof structure is then supported by cold form metal framing bearing walls and wide flange steel beams.
